We are three chefs who love good food, quality ingredients, farms, fields and arable land. Just like many other people we also enjoy quick meals occasionally, so we thought long and hard about opening a quick-food restaurant. What is important to us is ensuring that the food is genuine, with a clear point of origin, and that the ingredients are of the highest quality. The result? Vigårda Barbeque. We prepare all the food over a giant charcoal grill: quick, simple, fresh and healthy. Why make things complicated? This is what we like – and we hope you do, too!
